Newborn sessions happen at your home, where your baby is warm, fed and settled, and where you don't have to go anywhere in the first weeks. We bring what we need, work with the natural light from your windows, and follow your baby's rhythm. If there is a feed or a nap in the middle, we wait.
We focus on the details that change so quickly: a tiny hand wrapped around a parent's finger, curled toes, the folds of a blanket, the way your baby fits in your arms. Many families prefer detail-led photographs that don't show faces, and we're happy to keep the whole session that way if you'd like.

From the first weeks to the first birthday.
Babies change every week, so a session at six months or at the first birthday is a lovely way to continue the story. Our first birthday parties are some of our favourite days to photograph, from fairy-themed garden parties to small family gatherings.
Your photographs are delivered in a private online gallery that you can share with grandparents and family wherever they are.

When should we book a newborn session?
Ideally while you are still expecting, so we can hold a date for the first few weeks after your baby arrives. We'll move it around the real birth date.
Is the session at our home?
Yes. Newborn sessions are at home, so your baby stays comfortable and you don't need to travel.
Can we keep our baby's face out of the photographs?
Yes. Many families prefer detail-led, faceless frames, and we'll plan the session that way if you ask.
Do you photograph first birthdays too?
Yes. First birthday parties are some of our favourite days to photograph.
